RETAILER Tuskys yesterday signed the first ever collective bargaining agreement with its workers effectively averting a strike that was scheduled to start today. The deal was signed yesterday at the Federation of Kenya offices in Nairobi between Tuskys management and the employee union Kenya Union of Commercial, Food and Allied Workers.
